Personalized, you agree to our Terms:
All orders are placed with our manufacturers
Poying Trading Ltd. Once an order has been completed it cannot be adjusted
or modified. To obtain a refund or exchange, you must use the 'How
to Return' form located on the left panel in your members area. To qualify
for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned to our Manufacturers at the
address specified on completion of the 'How to Return' form. Shipping
costs for the return of the item are not refundable and are at the customers
expense.
All orders will be produced and shipped within
24 - 48 business hours. Transit times are usually 8-12 business days.
You can check your status of your item in your account. Although transit
delays are usually minimal, Instantly Personalized will not be held responsible
for any transit delays or transit losses. Please be patient and allow sufficient time to receive
your order.
Although we try to process all images as 100%
accuracy, some products such as mousepads, coasters etc, may absorb ink and
display discrepancies in colour. Please be aware we process images as they
are uploaded. We will not adjust or enhance images in any way. If
your image is of poor quality or does not meet specifications, we will not be
held liable.

Instantly Personalized does not take
responsibility for injury or damage to any person whatsoever. Any injury
or damages in result from any product should be directly referred to our
manufacturers Poying Trading Ltd. You, The Customer guarantees, warrants,
and certifies that it does not infringe upon or unlawfully, wrongfully, or
improperly use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or
claimed by another.
We reserve the right to add, delete and/or
modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this terms and conditions of
services.
